Proof & Merit is currently designed as a lightweight informational website. We do not currently operate user accounts, advertising trackers or a newsletter signup on this site.

Technical data

Like most websites, our infrastructure provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, request metadata, browser information and security events in order to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare currently provides website delivery, DNS and security infrastructure.

Emails

If you contact us by email, we process the information you send so we can respond to your inquiry and maintain relevant business records. Resend currently provides email sending and receiving infrastructure for the Proof & Merit domain.

Purposes and legal bases

We process technical security data to operate and protect the website, and correspondence data to respond to inquiries, manage partnerships and maintain necessary business records. Depending on the context, processing may be based on legitimate interests, steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement, performance of an agreement or legal obligations.

Links may lead to third-party websites. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and may process referral information when you follow an affiliate link.
